Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - The investigation continues into the death of a Rochester man who was found in his apartment Thursday.

Police Capt. Casey Moilanen says the 41-year old lived in the four-plex, which he described as an unsupervised adult group home. It’s located at 2319 28 1/2 Avenue NW.

Moilanen says the landlord called 911 around 9:30 AM after looking into an open window in the man’s apartment and spotting the body.

Moilanen says there was physical trauma to the body, suggesting possible foul play. Moilanen says the man’s roommate was there when officers arrived and has been cooperative. He says the man may have been dead for as long as 24 hours but the body was in an area of the apartment where the roommate did not have access.

Moilanen says the man’s name may be released after the preliminary autopsy is completed Friday.
