Last year, as we know, many events didn't happen. But now events have been making a come back in the Land of 10,000 Lakes including the popular Minneapolis Boat Show. It's coming back next month after taking a year off due to the pandemic.

The Minneapolis Boat show will feature "the latest and greatest in boats and marine accessories" according to their Facebook event. But the event won't just be a fun event for the boat lovers out there. There will also be plenty of family-friendly activities to participate in, live music and entertainment to enjoy, and food and cocktails to try.

This is an incredibly popular event that usually welcomes around 36,000 attendants each year according to Bring Me the News. Turns out it is the longest-running boat show in our region. I did not know that! If you want to be a part of the big event, it will be at the Minneapolis Convention Center from Thursday, January 20th through Sunday, January 23rd. On Thursday they will be open 2 - 9 PM, Friday noon - 9 PM, Saturday 10 AM - 9 PM, and Sunday 10 AM - 5 PM. Tickets can be bought online and are $12 per person 13 years and older. Children 12 and younger get in for free as long as they are with a paying adult.

A common question people have about events nowadays is if masks will be required. Bring Me the News writes that the Minneapolis Boat Show "will follow federal, state and city protocols that are in place at the time of the event."
