I remember very clearly when I heard the news that Shopko was closing in Rochester, Minnesota, and it hit our family in a way that was unique because I had family members who worked in one of the stores.  It was heartbreaking though to see places we shopped at a lot sell off everything and turn the lights off for the final time.  Unfortunately, this experience is happening again for 150 Bed Bath & Beyond stores throughout our country, including stores in Minnesota, Illinois, and Iowa.

56 Bed Bath & Beyond Stores Closing Including Stores in Minnesota, Iowa, and Illinois

Bed Bath & Beyond shared the list today of the next round of stores that will be closing.  Sadly, the list contains 56 stores throughout the country including one in Minnesota and several in Iowa and Illinois.  This is a list that many have been wondering about since August when the massive home goods store mentioned it would be closing 150 "lower producing" stores.

Below are the stores in Minnesota, Iowa, and Illinois that are part of the 56 stores that are closing.

As of right now, the Rochester store is safe.  When the rest of the 150 stores are announced, I'll share that update over on my Facebook page - Jessica On The Radio.

You can see the full list and locations of Bed Bath & Beyond stores closing at their website here.

How many Bed Bath & Beyond Stores are there in Minnesota?
