Is there a better way to beat the summer heat then a waterpark.

In my eyes, anything with water is good. But add a few slides and a wave pool, your set. Little did I know there are a ton of them right here in Minnesota. has a list of the 7 best waterparks here in Minnesota that you have visit this summer. A few are pretty close to home, so here they are.

Bunker Beach in Coon Rapids might be a bit of a drive, but it is Minnesota's largest outdoor waterpark. With a lazy river and quite a few waterslides you will beat the heat in style.

Wild Mountain in Taylor Falls Minnesota has a few more attractions to beat the heat. With a waterpark, go-carts and an alpine slide(That looks fun), you can beat the heat in more ways then one.

Soak City is located in Valleyfair. A lot of people make this a vacation destination in Minnesota. Roller coasters, a ton of rides, and a pretty big waterpark. If you get to warm on the rides, head to Soak City.

Last for my list, the one closest to home here, Waseca Waterpark. If you want to catch some sun, they have some room. If slides are you thing, they have those to. Close to home. Can't beat that right.

Head over to Check out the list of waterparks they list and make plans for the summer.
