The Big Ten Conference has moved the University of Minnesota's game with rival Iowa to a Friday night.

According to a release from the University of Minnesota, the Big Ten moved the game that was originally scheduled to be played on Saturday, Sept. 19th, 2020 to Friday, Sept. 18th, 2020.

According to the release, the official game time and television broadcast partner for the game against Iowa will be announced in the future. Minnesota's last home game on a Friday night was in 2018 when it beat Indiana 38-31.
