Former Minnesota Viking and Current Contestant on ‘The Voice’ Shares His Opinion on Player Protests

This morning I had the chance to speak with Esera Tualo. Esera spent several years in the NFL and is currently a contestant on the show 'The Voice'.

Tualo is openly gay so we talked about him using this platform to inspire people. I also asked Esera to share his thoughts on the current NFL player protests. As a player he once sang the National Anthem before a game and has since has performed the song at several NFL games. Here's what he had to say:
