According to the criminal complaints, the trio and a 12-year-old boy went to the home of 75-year-old David Hall to rob him of marijuana and other items last October. Taylor was accused of pushing the victim and causing him to fall against the bumper of a camper in his garage and then punching him when he attempted to get up.

Hall was found deceased in his home the following day by two people delivering meals. Family members later discovered a gun and the victim's wallet were missing from his home. An autopsy later determined he had died as a result of multiple blunt force injuries and internal bleeding.

Taylor and Williams are scheduled to be sentenced on December 16. The plea deal with Williams calls for a four-year prison sentence, while Taylor has agreed to accept a prison sentence at the high-end of state sentencing guidelines.
