Organic gardening and organic produce seem to be all the rage.  Personally, I couldn't grow a tomato if my life depended on it!  If you have an interest in organic gardening but just don't know where to start, sign up for the "beginner organic gardening" class at Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center in Lanesboro.  For just $37 a person, you'll learn the basics of plant biology in terms even a novice can understand.  Find out how to prepare your garden and how to pick the best garden for your needs.  At the end of the class, you will receive a list of produce to grow conducive to the time you have to devote to gardening and garden space available.  Sarah Hansen will be your instructor for the class which is offered Saturday March 11 from 1 to 5 p.m.   If you have any questions or wish to reserve your space for the class, visit Eagle Bluff's website or call Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center at 507-467-2437.
