Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - The grand prize for the Powerball lottery game that is played in Minnesota and most other states was worth $493-million for the Wednesday night drawing.

There were no winners and the jackpot rolled again. It will be worth more than half a billion dollars for the next drawing.

As of Thursday morning, it had grown to $523-million. The cash value was put at $379-million.

The next drawing is Saturday night.

A Mega-Millions lottery ticket sold at a pizza restaurant in Manhattan Tuesday night won that game’s grand prize of $432-million.
