Rochester Man With History of Domestic Violence Gets Prison Time
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester man with a history of domestic violence has been sentenced to over three years in prison for a stalking conviction.
29-year-old Derrick Mays was given the 42-month prison sentence today after he pleaded guilty to the felony count on Monday through a plea agreement that...came out of incidents that occurred last July.

After the driver managed to get away from him, Mays was accused of chasing it until the driver stopped in a nearby parking lot, where he made another attempt at breaking out a window.
