Pine Island Man Charged With Possessing Child Porn

Pine Island, MN (KROC AM News) - A Pine Island man has been ordered to appear in Olmsted County Court next month to be arraigned on ten charges of possessing child pornography.

The criminal complaint was filed against 34-year-old Sean Marshall last Wednesday.

According to the complaint, a Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office investigator obtained a search warrant last year for Marshall’s residence. The reason for the warrant wasn’t revealed in the complaint. It was executed Nov. 8.

The investigator found some minor drug items and then searched Marshall’s phone. That’s where the sexually explicit images were discovered.

All ten of the images involved males and females between the suspected ages of 12 - 17.

The ten charges filed against Marshall are all felonies.
