The Rochester Police Department conducted a controlled buy with the informant, who returned to officers with two bags containing a substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine. Officers facilitating the buy also reported seeing a third person enter the vehicle. The informant said that person was weighing the drugs in the back seat.

The Minnesota BCA confirmed the meth, which weighed out at over 23 grams. Kaeder is scheduled to make her first court appearance on December 1.

Court records indicate Kaeder has been convicted twice for felony drug possession. The most recent conviction occurred this year in Olmsted County and the first conviction happened last year in Faribault County.
