Kellogg, MN (KROC-AM News) - The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is requesting the public's assistance in identifying the person or persons who dumped the carcasses of 8 white-tailed deer in Wabasha County.

A statement released by the DNR today says a conservation officer on Monday received a report that the deer had been dumped on a County Road near the Zumbro River outside Kellogg. At least 7 of the deer were bucks and all had their antlers or their antlers and skull plates removed.
