
Rochester Man Admits Robbing Marion Business
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester man has pleaded guilty to robbing a rural Olmsted County convenience store.
Sentencing has been scheduled in September for 24-year-old Dezmon Johnson.
He admitted using a pellet handgun to hold up Jeff’s Little Store in Marion Jan. 19th.
Johnson fled the business with just over $200 in cash. He abandoned his pickup truck a short distance away and broke into a garage in an attempt to hide from law enforcement officers. He was apprehended and officers recovered the stolen money and the gun.
