Rochester Man Facing Criminal Sexual Conduct Charge

Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- Olmsted County prosecutors have charged a Rochester man with second-degree criminal sexual conduct.
28-year-old Timothy Johnson is accused of engaging sexual contact with a girl under the age of 16. The criminal complaint says the acts occurred over a three month span at a residence in Rochester.
The complaint states Johnson told police investigators he could not recall being inappropriate with the young girl. He’s scheduled to make his first appearance in Olmsted County Court on August 10.
