St Paul (KROC AM News) - A second bald eagle has hatched in the nest that is under the observation of the Minnesota DNR.
The first eaglet broke out of its shell Friday.
The second hatched Sunday afternoon.
The eggs were laid in February during the coldest stretch of weather during the winter.
As of Monday morning, the DNR EagleCam was showing both eaglets moving and it appeared the mother was feeding one of them.
