A new Netflix movie directed by and starring Adam Sandler will also have a few familiar names for basketball fans. Even if you aren't a basketball fan you'll recognize at least one of the basketball stars in the movie. Two of them are a current Minnesota Timberwolves player and a former Timberwolves player.

These two Timberwolves will be acting alongside Adam Sandler, of course, but also tons of other past and present NBA players. According to Bring Me the News, those include "LeBron James, Trae Young, Boban Marjanovic, Kenny 'The Jet' Smith, Aaron Gordon, Seth Curry, Doc Rivers, Jordan Clarkson, Tobias Harris, Matisse Thybulle, Tyrese Maxey, Khris Middleton, Mark Jackson and Kyle Lowry. " That's quite the lineup!

The movie is called 'Hustle' and it follows a former NBA scout (Adam Sandler's character) who's trying to get back in it. In order to do that, he scouts a talented basketball player in Spain who is played by former Timberwolves star Juancho Hernangomez. In the trailer, you can see Juancho's character interact with current Timberwolves star Anthony Edwards who plays himself in the movie. How cool is that?

Check out the trailer that Adam Sandler Tweeted out:

So if you're a basketball fan and/or an Adam Sandler fan this is definitely a movie for you. It's set to hit Netflix on June 8th and is rated R.

I don't follow basketball at all but I do enjoy Adam Sandler so maybe I'll be checking this one out! Plus, even though I'm not a basketball fan, it's still pretty cool to have a Timberwolves player in the movie.
