Mike Connors “Mannix” Star Dies
More sadness from the entertainment world. "Mannix" star Mike Connors died Thursday at the age of 91. Connors had been recently diagnosed with leukemia.

Connors was the lead in "Mannix", a detective series that ran on television for eight seasons from 1968 to 1975. Connors was of Armenian descent, born Kreker J. Ohanian in Fresno, California August 15, 1925. He is survived by his wife Mary Lou, daughter Dena and granddaughter Cooper. Rest in peace, Joe Mannix.
