The Uber of Snowplows is Coming to Minnesota
Hiring someone to plow your driveway just got a whole lot easier. There's now an app called SnoHub that will allow you hire a plow with the touch of a button.
According to the SnoHub website you can pick the areas around your house that you want cleared and salted. You'll get an estimated cost of the job and a picture of the driver. They take pictures before and after, then send that to your phone.
Pricing is based off the amount of snow. According to the Duluth News Tribune, Minnesotans can expect to pay $59 for up to 12 inches of snow with SnoHub. Prices increase $10 per inch for snow over 12 inches.
