Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - At least one person was hurt in a three-vehicle crash at the Valleyhigh Dr and West Circle Dr. intersection in northwest Rochester.
The accident was initially described as a “T-bone” crash that happened around 6:00 am. Wednesday.
