Rochester, MN(KROC AM News) - Roads were described as icy Tuesday when an Olmsted County woman was hurt in a crash in west-central Minnesota.

The State Patrol says a minivan driven by 70-year-old Steven Peters of Dover left a road in the Todd County town of Hewitt and went into a ditch. He wasn’t hurt but a passenger - 68-year-old Ann Peters of Dover - was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

A slick road may also have played a role in a deadly traffic accident on I-90 near Blue Earth Tuesday. The State Patrol says a car driven by a 42-year-old Windom man left the roadway and rolled several times in a ditch around 4:00 PM. The man was not wearing a seatbelt and died at the scene. His name has not been released.

A Sartell man was killed near St Cloud around 6:30 Tuesday morning when he was stuck by a vehicle as he was walking away from his car after crashing into some trees. The name of the 33-year-old victim has not been released.
