Rochester Bicyclist Reports Hit And Run

Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Rochester police are trying to locate the driver of a car that reportedly struck a bicyclist in the Country Club Manor neighborhood and fled the scene.
The man says he was crossing West Circle Dr. at the 3rd St intersection around 7:30 pm Wednesday when a car driving at slow speed struck him and knocked him off his bike. The man says the driver of the car did not stop.
The only description the man could give police was that it was a red car.
The man told police he suffered some scrapes to his elbow and his bike had some minor damage.
The police report did not indicate if the man was crossing on a green light.
